How It Works

Bounded, confidential and designed for action.

A typical diagnostic moves from a precise sponsor question to decision-ready findings in approximately three weeks.

DESIGN PRINCIPLE

Collect only the evidence required to answer the agreed question.

THE ENGAGEMENT

Six stages from onboarding to delivery.

The process is adapted to the situation, but the evidentiary sequence remains disciplined.

01

Align

Agree on the sponsor’s question, how the findings will be used, the role or system in scope and the confidentiality rules.

02

Onboard

Confirm participants, request only the evidence we need and schedule conversations around the team’s operating demands.

03

Collect

Conduct interviews and review relevant operating records and selected important decisions within the agreed access boundaries.

04

Reconstruct

Trace how signals became decisions, commitments and results. Keep conflicting evidence visible until it can be resolved.

05

Assess

Evaluate demand, available capacity, sources of strain, concentration, operating conditions and Reliability Margin.

06

Deliver

Provide confidential findings, separate sponsor and executive readouts, and priorities for the next 30, 60 and 90 days.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Focused work that respects the team’s time.

The engagement is deliberately narrow so it does not become another burden for the executive team. Interviews follow a clear structure, evidence requests are selective and we review only the decisions that help answer the sponsor’s question.

The report separates what we observed from what we inferred and concluded. It also shows which conditions the executive can change and which require organizational support, giving the sponsor a fairer basis for action.

A controlled first engagement

Define the question before collecting the evidence.

Select one portfolio company, one consequential executive role and one period of elevated enterprise demand.
