Confidentiality by design

Engagements are scoped around an agreed question and defined access boundaries. We seek only information reasonably required to perform the work and limit distribution of findings to authorized recipients.

Data minimization

Evidence requests are selective. We avoid collecting sensitive personal information that is not necessary to the engagement and do not use assessment work for clinical diagnosis or employment-fitness determinations.

Handling and access

Engagement-specific handling, retention, transfer and access requirements are documented in the applicable agreement. Access is limited according to role and need. Clients should not submit confidential engagement material through the public website inquiry form.

Responsible reporting

Reports avoid anonymous quotations that could reasonably identify a participant. Sponsor and executive readouts follow the confidentiality boundaries established at the beginning of the engagement.

Questions

Contact us through the confidential inquiry page to discuss security requirements before transmitting sensitive information.
